I love this stuff! I take it before bed most times. One drop is the regular, two if I really need help. Getting to sleep. The sensations aren’t overwhelming, making it feel more natural when falling to sleep, rather than a synthetic overwhelming feeling like something you get from NyQuil.. I honestly feel my sleep quality overall has improved with this, and I wake less during the night as well.The taste isn’t horrible, though it isn’t sweet or necessarily something . You can’t ask for much from a real plant tincture without sweeteners and other garbage. For that I’m happy and love it. I’d rather sacrifice a little taste for something temporary, knowing it’s healthy and good for my body. In the end, it is medicine! Just be careful when you take your dose, sometime extra little drops come out after you squeeze the bulb. I don’t think this stuff will stain super bad, but just be prepared in case.Time for me to step up to the bigger bottle next time around. I’m a happy customer and have no need to keep shopping for something else. Price is reasonable as well.
